Welcome to the ‘Tessa Sanderson’ run in West Ham Park. We run every Sunday at 11am around West Ham Park.
We are an all-inclusive running group, all ages, genders and abilities are welcome, you can run, jog or walk 2 or 5 kilometres, no registration is needed.
Just turn up at 10.50am outside the central park-keepers officer (near the playground entrance).
